Jigzo provides various financial products and services including multi-currency accounts, cross-border payments, currency conversion, and secure cryptocurrency trading features, all within a compliant and secure infrastructure.

Jigzo provides a platform through which business customers hold balances in multiple currencies, convert between currencies, and make and receive payments.

What Jigzo does: We provide the platform, onboarding, the interface through which you instruct payments and view your account, our pricing, and customer support. We are responsible to you for the service.

What Jigzo does not do: We are not a bank. We do not take deposits and we do not issue electronic money.

Your funds are held by Jigzo in an individually designated account with an FCA-authorised payment institution, which safeguards funds held with it in accordance with its regulatory obligations. Safeguarded funds are held separately from the institution's own money and are intended to be protected if the institution becomes insolvent.

The institution's obligation is owed to Jigzo. Jigzo is the institution's customer and you are Jigzo's customer, so your claim in respect of your funds is against Jigzo.

The institution holding your account is identified in your account details before you use the account. Where we work with more than one institution the protection that applies differs, so this matters — see our Terms of Service.

Your account is a payment account, not a bank account, and your funds are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

Jigzo is not authorised or registered by the Financial Conduct Authority. We have applied, or intend to apply, for registration as a payment institution, and we will update this page when that position changes.

Jigzo is registered with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada as a foreign money services business, registration M24745935. This is a Canadian anti-money laundering registration. It is not a licence, an authorisation or an endorsement, and it does not permit the provision of payment services in the United Kingdom.
